She advises corporates, entrepreneurs, investors and family businesses on regional and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate advisory matters across a broad range of industries and sectors including retail and consumer, energy, industrial, healthcare and education.

Experience

1. Advising the shareholders of illumin8 Group on the majority sale of their business to the Mzuri Group.
2. Advising the shareholders of Virtuzone on the sale of their business to Ascentium.
3. Advising Cenomi Retail, a Saudi listed company and pioneering retail brand partner, on the SAR 120 million sale of its franchise rights (and related assets) for 18 brands to Abdullah Al-Othaim Fashion Company.
4. Advising the shareholders of the UAE’s Organic Foods and Café on a majority share sale to Gulf Japan Food Fund.
5. Advising the shareholders of Al Shirawi US Chillers on a 100 per cent sale of their regional and US chillers business to Dalkia (EDF Group).
6. Advising Al Futtaim on an asset sale of their sports and retail division, Royal Sporting House, operating in East Asia, the GCC, and Egypt to Gulf Marketing Group.
7. Advising WorleyParsons on the Middle East aspects of its USD 3.2 billion acquisition of Jacobs’ ECR Division.
8. Advising Actuant Corporation (now Enerpac Tool Group), a NYSE-listed company, on its acquisition of the business of an industrial group with operations in several Middle East, African and Caspian countries.
